Had a great day on Sunday hanging out with a friend, his daughter and granddaughter. Anthony fell asleep under a table at the flea market. Just hilarious. That kid can fall asleep during anything.
Yesterday had a great afternoon hanging out with Robyn, her husband and two adorable boys. Learned more great nutritional information and trying to follow thru with it. She showed me some basic yoga positions that I am going to do everyday.
ENT appt this morning and I did NOT want to get up and out. Too many days of endless stuff is catching up with m.e. I did manage to go to Whole Foods and get some much needed items. I had roasted seaweed snack then a piece of dark mint chocolate to counter act any possibility of fishy burps. Plus it was just a great combination of salty and sweet. Yum.
My GI doc is trying to get me in on a special study of post-gall bladder removal patients that are still experiencing pain. Dr. Aliperti of Missouri Baptist has new technology that alot of docs don't. With his equipment, he may be able to go in and locate the source of the pain. I should hopefully hear back something by Friday. Just waiting on insurance approval for out of network doc.
I am still waiting, and EVER so ready for some doctor to have that 'AHA' moment and get me out of this damn pain!
On a positive note, because its always good to end on one.. I am now down to 217. My metabolism must be kicking it up in high gear! On 4/13 I was 221. So that's 4lbs in 7 days. Wooot! Don't walk behind me, because as my friend Steve said, it's just falling off as I walk. :)
