A list of foods that I just can't live without.
In no particular order or flavor....
Laughing Cow Lite cheese wedges.. Aldi's has a version thats 'just' ok.
Flatout breads.. Love the little sliders ones.
Ezekiel Sesame sprouted bread.. It sounded gross, but YUMM toasted!
Propel Zero water.. In Grape or Black Cherry
Mio Liquid Water Enhancer.. Sweet Tea, Fruit Punch.. GREAT on crushed ice for 0 calories!
Salsa/Picante Sauce.. Makes anything bland taste WAY better!
Eggbeaters.. Add some frozen veggies, pepper jack cheese and yum!
Torani/DaVinci Sugar Free coffee syrups.. Does the coffee good!
Udi's Whole grain or Gluten Free products.. I havent had one of their products yet that was bad! Anthony LOVES the choc muffins! Whole grain breads, GRANOLA, cinnamon rolls.. Should be called UBER instead of Udi's for uberlicious!!
Jarlsburg reduced fat Swiss Cheese... (Thanks Vonnie for introducing me to it!!)
Hodgson Mill Muti Purpose baking mix.. Whole grain goodness and versatile! I make a great banana cake with it, pancakes, waffles.
Pudding.. Sugar free/Fat free... any flavor.. You can freeze in an ice cube tray and have mini pudding pops!
Pure Protein Bars.. It's like have a guilt-free candy bar. Packs 20g of protein! Trader Joes has a larger version thats 32g of protein.
Greek yogurt.. Very versatile! I add a packet of truvia and dill weed for carrot dip. Add into smoothies, or just have it plain (well, the vanilla flavored one). READ THE LABEL!! not all greek yogurts are created equal.
Fiber One 90 calorie Brownies.. They dont taste like cardboard!
Nutri-grain bars... Whole grain yumminess! Anthony will eat one of those over a candy bar.. (which aren't allowed in our house anymore!!)
Splenda, Splenda w/ Fiber, Splenda Brown Sugar and Truvia.. No more aspartame for me!! BLECH!
Turkey Pepperoni... Much lower fat content. See recipes for yummy use. Also good in omelets.
Canadian Bacon.. Also lower in fat. Great to put in muffin tin, crack egg on top and bake.
Starbucks Via decaf... When I want something warm and yummy in my tummy, but still want to sleep at night!
Udi's Whole grain or Gluten Free products.. I havent had one of their products yet that was bad! Anthony LOVES the choc muffins! Whole grain breads, GRANOLA, cinnamon rolls.. Should be called UBER instead of Udi's for uberlicious!!
